Privacy Notice

Scope

This notice describes how SI Lightspeed LLC handles information associated with this website, purchases and support. The website is hosted on Netlify. Sales and automatic product delivery are not yet enabled.

Information we handle

Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and secure the website. When purchases are enabled, Stripe processes payment information and provides us with relevant order and transaction records, such as purchaser email, amount and payment status. Card details are entered through Stripe, not collected by a payment form on this website.

Support and browser tools

Our contact form collects your name and email address, along with any phone number, comments and marketing-email choice you provide. Netlify processes and stores submissions, including consent information and submission timestamps, and may send notifications to our Google Gmail support inbox. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. Please use our contact form for support. We may respond to the email address you provide. The workflow builder generates an outline locally in your browser; its optional project name is not sent by the website scripts. The downloadable guided starter also works locally and does not automatically send your project answers to SI Lightspeed.

How information is used

We use relevant information to operate and secure the website, fulfill orders when sales are enabled, restore download access, supply replacement files, resolve billing errors, provide legally required remedies and meet accounting or legal obligations. A final-sale policy does not remove your privacy rights.

Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or give it to third parties for their own marketing. We use your contact details to respond to you and send SI Lightspeed information according to your email preferences and applicable law. Service providers may process your information to operate this website and our communications, as described in this notice.

Relevant providers are Netlify for website hosting and contact-form processing, Stripe for payment processing when enabled, and Google for support email. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights. Any additional delivery or email provider must be reflected in this notice before it is enabled.

Cookies and marketing

This website build contains no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting and checkout providers may use cookies or similar technology for their services. The contact form offers a separate, optional marketing-email checkbox that is unchecked by default. Submitting an inquiry or making a purchase does not automatically subscribe you. If you opt in, we may email product updates, tips and offers. You may withdraw consent at any time through our contact form or by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Providing your phone number is not consent to marketing calls or texts. This website records your choice; it does not itself send marketing campaigns. We will update this notice before adding relevant providers or new tracking tools.

Retention and privacy requests

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including transaction support, accounting, dispute resolution and legal requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required. Available rights depend on your location.

Security and children

No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, API keys, recovery codes or full payment-card details. This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.

Privacy and support contact

Use our contact form for support, privacy requests or changes to your email preferences.
