About these terms
SI Lightspeed LLC provides this website and the digital products described on its product pages. These terms apply to website use and purchases when sales are available. The product description, price and Refund Policy shown before payment form part of your purchase.
What you are buying
Our downloadable products include educational guides, prompts, templates, toolkits and examples as described on each product page. The Neuro Integrated Core (NIC) includes a guided starter and supporting files. Unless expressly stated, purchases do not include AI subscriptions, API credits, custom consulting, hosting, storage, autonomous agents or guaranteed future updates. Concept products elsewhere on this site are not included.
License and your work
One purchaser may copy and adapt the purchased templates for their own personal work and internal business projects. You retain your original project content. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or sublicense the original product or substantially equivalent template files. Distribution to teams or clients requires a separate written license. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.
Orders and digital delivery
The checkout shows the total price and any applicable taxes before payment. Provide a correct email address. Delivery instructions and access to purchased files will be provided through the delivery method stated at checkout. No physical product is shipped. Do not share your download link. The site currently remains in preview; sales and automatic delivery are not yet enabled.
Final sale and file replacement
All digital-download purchases are final sale. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Corrupted or defective files will be repaired or replaced. This does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. See the Refund Policy for delivery issues, billing corrections and required remedies. Where applicable, consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of the loss of a withdrawal right will be requested separately at checkout; accepting these terms alone does not replace that consent.
Responsible use
Inspect current project files, keep backups and review AI output before acting. Do not upload credentials or confidential material without authority. You are responsible for your tools, permissions and lawful use. Prompts cannot guarantee model behavior, accuracy, security or recovery.
Product limitations
No revenue, time-saving or error-free AI performance guarantee is made. Products provide educational and practical guidance, not professional legal, financial or security advice. These limitations do not remove our obligation to supply the product as described or any rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes
Future changes will be identified by an updated date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
