Refund Policy

All purchases of downloadable products from SI Lightspeed LLC are final sale, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This applies to our digital guides, templates, toolkits and other downloadable products. We do not offer a voluntary return period, satisfaction guarantee or change-of-mind refunds.
Before you purchase
Review the product description, included files and stated system requirements before paying. Changing your mind, not using the product, or deciding that you no longer need it does not qualify for a refund. This policy does not excuse a product that is defective, not delivered or materially different from its description.
Corrupted files and download problems
If a supplied file is corrupted, incomplete or does not work as described on a supported setup, we will help restore access and provide a corrected or replacement copy at no additional charge. A file problem does not automatically entitle you to a voluntary refund. If we cannot resolve a verified defect or delivery failure, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where required.
Billing errors
Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated and corrected. Any refund that is due will be returned through the original payment method when available; payment-provider and bank processing times vary.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed or undelivered digital content or any cancellation right that has not lawfully ended. Where immediate digital delivery requires express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of a withdrawal right, those must be obtained separately at checkout. This policy alone does not waive those rights.
