About these terms

SI Lightspeed LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("SI Lightspeed", "we"), provides this website, the products sold on it, and the websites we build for clients. These terms apply when you use this site or buy from it. The product description, the price and the Refund Policy shown before you pay are part of your purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or buy.

What NIC is

Neuro Integrated Core ("NIC") is a digital product: a setup page that asks you plain questions and writes a set of plain text files (your "brain") for your own AI tools to read, plus instructions for connecting those tools. NIC is delivered as a private link by email after payment. The link opens NIC on up to five browsers (for example a phone and two computers); each one stays unlocked once opened. On Mac and Windows, NIC also saves a copy of itself inside your brain. NIC runs on your device; the files it writes are yours and stay where you save them.

What NIC is not

NIC does not include an AI subscription, API credits, hosting, cloud storage, consulting or support beyond what is written here. NIC does not make any AI model smarter, more accurate or safer, and it cannot change how an AI provider stores, limits or uses your conversations. Your AI reads your brain because you give it to your AI, by pasting what NIC gives you, by uploading two of its files to a project, or by pointing your AI's own file tools at the folder. Updates to your brain happen when you ask your AI to save them. Nothing on this site is professional legal, financial, medical or security advice.

Your license

When you buy NIC you receive a personal, non transferable license to use NIC and its files for your own work, including your own business. You may make copies for your own devices and backups. You may not resell, rent, lend, publish, share your link or your unlock code, or make NIC available to people who did not buy it. The brain NIC writes about you is yours: you own its content and may do what you like with it. NIC itself, its design, code, names and artwork remain the property of SI Lightspeed LLC. Neuro Integrated Core, NIC and Shadowbox are trademarks of SI Lightspeed LLC.

Buying and delivery

Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout, which shows the full price and any sales tax before you pay. Give a correct email address: your link is delivered there, and that address is the only one we can resend it to. Delivery is immediate and digital; nothing is shipped. The link in your email works for 30 days; after that, the lost link box inside NIC can send a fresh one to the email you bought with. We may update NIC over time; Update my brain, inside NIC, rewrites your files from the same answers and keeps your notes.

All sales final

Because NIC is delivered the moment you pay and is yours the moment you open it, all sales are final once delivered. We do not offer change of mind refunds. If your link does not work, you were charged more than once, or you did not receive what you paid for, we will fix it, and where fixing is not possible we will refund. See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law of where you live that we are not allowed to exclude.

Websites we build

Custom websites are quoted and agreed in writing, separately from these terms. Those agreements set the scope, price, schedule, ownership of the finished site and what happens if plans change. Until you have a written agreement from us, nothing on this site is an offer to build anything at a particular price.

Using the site

You agree not to attack, overload, scrape at scale, or try to break into this site or the NIC service, not to use them for anything unlawful, and not to submit confidential information, passwords or payment details through our contact forms. The site may change or go offline at times; we try to keep it reliable but do not promise it.

Limits on our responsibility

We supply NIC and this site with reasonable care. To the fullest extent the law allows, SI Lightspeed is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (for example lost profits, lost data or lost time) arising from NIC, this site or the AI tools you connect, and our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Keep backups of your brain and your work, and review what any AI produces before you act on it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, write to us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days; disputes we cannot resolve that way belong to the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Changes do not take away rights attached to a purchase you already made.
